Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide. The products are dispatched daily and after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are calculated according to location and order specification when ordering.
The tracking information will be included in your shipping email when you select the tracking option. Orders within Germany are currently being shipped via DHL and may require a signature upon delivery.
Please double check the address you provided to ensure that it is correct as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item, please send it to:
The person, in this case you, is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Please enter your order number, otherwise your complaint cannot be identified and processed.
For damaged items that have been damaged by shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to take care of the exchange of the products or provide you with a credit note.
Please send your shipment back with return receipt, as we are not responsible for missing parcels.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed.

Additional disposable items:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons that are not due to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will be automatically issued within a certain period.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.
Next, contact your bank. There are often some processing times before a refund is posted.

Only items with a regular price can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If you're shipping an item over $ 50, you should consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receipt of the returned goods, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver sent the order to himself to give you later, we will send a refund to the giver and he will inform you about your return.
